Swordfish

The Swordfish

I finished the Swordfish!!! While I really like the aesthetic of the ship and the model itself, painting it was not very enjoyable for me. Something about the black and gold paint scheme really didn't click with me and I definitely don't think this was my best effort. Nevertheless, the model is finished and does look nice, though I don't think it is on par with the other ships I've done. (that's just me. I'm not tooting my own horn or anything)

Anyhow, here she is. Just look at that profile... She's a Beaut (model-wise)

The raised detail on the sails is really nice and saves me hours of my life. My favorite parts to paint were the raised details on the sails
